Excellence: A Day with the Site Team

The Foundry Partners Site Team supports the entire site every day. With over a century of combined experience, they support all areas of the project. They don’t wait for problems to appear; they prevent them. They keep the grounds clean, organized, and safe, treating the site with the same care you’d give your own home.

Working on a one-of-a-kind project demands constant awareness. “You always have to be at the top of your game. This site is changing fast,” says Site Superintendent Tim Trotter. The team responds to that pace by staying alert, shifting roles as needed, and coordinating their work across the project. They clear paths, support trade crews, and manage cleanup across all 9 nodes of the project.

Right now, the project size doesn’t dramatically change their daily responsibilities, but that will shift when the nodes enclose and interior work begins. The team will install stairs, handrails, and egress routes. They will create safe access points for every worker and remove materials left behind so work areas stay clean and safe. Their actions will ensure that crews move efficiently through the buildings.

Safety drives their work. The team moves through the site more than anyone else, so they constantly scan work areas, check PPE compliance, and speak up the moment they spot something unsafe.

Their vigilance protects everyone on site and keeps the project progressing without unnecessary interruptions.

As the build grows upward and inward, the site team continues to drive the project forward, actively shaping a safe, clean, and coordinated project every single day.
