Eli Lilly and Company is investing $4.5 billion to create the Lilly Medicine Foundry, a first-ever facility of its kind, bridging research and manufacturing with the latest technology in a single location to enhance supply for Lilly’s growing pipeline.
The project is located in the LEAP Lebanon Innovation District at US 32 and CR200W. The Foundry Partners, a joint venture between McFarland Construction and F.A. Wilhelm Construction, will oversee the project’s construction.
The design-build will take up to three years to complete and create approximately 400 new jobs, including engineers, scientists, operations personnel and lab technicians. During construction, the site will have up to 2,000 workers.
