Community Roundup: Closing Out 2025

Foundry Partners had a busy quarter in the community. Each month we got out and made a difference. We appreciate everyone who invites us to join and support their events! Check out what we’ve been up to: 

Showing Up

On Thursday, September 25, Foundry Partners brought 22 participants, four power washers, and a water truck to the Lilly Global Day of Service. We loved connecting with our colleagues at Lilly while we beautified Thorntown.  We were happy to clear trails, paint trail markers and power wash the Sugar Creek Arts Center Building. We wrapped up the day with a team lunch at Stookey’s. 

We also had a blast at the Heart of Lebanon’s Mischief on Meridian. Trick-or-treaters grabbed candy out of our mini skid steer while the Skeleton Crew excavated a “grave”. A huge thank you to our crew, volunteers, and the family members who brought our spooky site to life!  

Giving back

Here’s a fun fact about the Foundry Partners office staff. We’re very competitive. We put that spirit to good use this month with a canned food drive. We collected over 3,000 holiday food items for the Caring Center, delivered in three pickup trucks. Congratulations to our procurement team for collecting the most items and taking the win! Up next? We’re running Project Warmth – a coat and blanket drive for 10 days in December. 

Supporting Local Businesses

We held a teambuilding event with a focus on supporting local businesses. From food to prizes, we worked with the following Boone County and Lebanon businesses: Klooz Brewz, Becky’s Market, Daisy Designs, Fine Promotions, Fire and Fern Apothecary, Indiana Gifts, Boone County Bakery, St. Adrian’s, and 1830 Chophouse.  

Honoring our Veterans

If you drove past the site on November 11, we hope you saw our Veterans Day banners. We wanted to take this moment, in partnership with Lilly, to honor the Veterans on our staff and in the community. We created a special Foundry Partners challenge coin to present to our colleagues who served in the military. Thank you for your service.
