Cultivating the Safety Mindset
Incident & Injury Free (IIF) Training remains the cornerstone of the Foundry Partners safety culture. During this four-hour program, employees focus on building strong relationships and creating a safe, supportive work environment. Demand for this training has grown so much that we recently launched a Train the Trainer series. By the end of February, we will have trained 16 IIF facilitators across two separate cohorts. Each new facilitator completes a weeklong program focused on teaching others to cultivate a safety consciousness that is personally meaningful, relative, and important.
We now proudly offer a bilingual IIF session, ensuring every team member can fully participate and engage in our safety culture.
